At Culture Girl Hawaii Boutique, every piece is crafted with intention and care. Because many of our items are sustainably made-to-order or created in small batches, your order is prepared and shipped with the highest attention to detail. Below is everything you need to know about how your order ships.
Processing Times
In-stock apparel & accessories:
- Ships within 2–4 business days
- Excludes weekends and holidays
Made-to-order or custom pieces:
- Ships within 5–7 business days
- For sustainable, zero-waste sizes (such as XXL+), please allow up to 1 week for production before shipment
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another notification once your order has shipped.
U.S. Domestic Shipping
We ship all U.S. orders via USPS, which provides reliable delivery across Hawaii, the continental U.S., Alaska, Guam, and Puerto Rico.
Standard Shipping
- $4.99 – Items under 8 oz.
- $6.99 – Items 9 - 15.9 oz.
- $10.40 – Items 1lb - 70 lbs.
- $17.10 - For heavy or large orders
- FREE Shipping on orders $100+
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on location.
Note: Remote areas (including parts of Alaska and Guam) may require an additional 1–3 days.
Hawaii Local Customers
All Hawaii orders ship via USPS and follow the same domestic shipping rates.
Local delivery and pick-up options may be available at select pop-up events — follow our Instagram for updates!
International Shipping
We ship worldwide using USPS International.
International Shipping Rates:
- $15–$35 USD depending on package weight and destination
- Calculated at checkout for accuracy
Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on customs processing.
Customs, Duties, & Taxes:
Customers are responsible for any import fees charged by their country.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Addresses or Returned Packages
Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address:
- You may request a reshipment by paying the additional shipping cost.
- Unclaimed packages are not eligible for refunds.
Split Shipments
If your order includes both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, your order may ship in separate packages to avoid delays. You will receive tracking for each package.
Sustainable Shipping Practices
We use minimal, recyclable, or compostable packaging whenever possible. Many products are made in small batches or made-to-order to reduce waste — thank you for supporting slow, meaningful fashion.
